The College Skills Workshop seeks to improve the work habits that lead to academic success.

Many bright students struggle in school because they lack the study skills or organizational skills to keep up with the increasing demands of high school and college. This workshop will address how to avoid procrastination, study more effectively, and feel more prepared and relaxed going into exams. The group format of the workshop is very helpful as it allows for peer support, in addition to the skills directly presented in the workshop.
